Square-Enix releases music trailer for Lost Sphear

The latest JRPG to be developed under Square-Enix’s ‘Tokyo RPG Factory’ brand, Lost Sphear, got a new trailer yesterday focusing on the beautiful soundtrack composed by Tomoki Miyoshi.

Fans of Tokyo RPG Factory’s previous effort ‘I Am Setsuna’ will recognise the presence of Miyoshi’s beautiful, sparse piano-only melodies. This time around however, Miyoshi has been given license to work in a bit more instrumentation to his soundtrack giving a much more upbeat feel to many of the tracks demonstrated in the video.

We also get a look at a few of the field and battle scenes we can expect to see in the game when it releases next week on the 23rd of January for PS4, Switch and PC. A demo is currently available on all platforms.
