NIS America has announced the release date for the upcoming Psycho Pass Mandatory Happiness. Set to launch for Playstation 4 & PSVita on September 13th in North America and September 16th in Europe, with a PC version also confirmed (no date set yet), the announced limited edition which is availablevia Amazon and the NIS America Online Store will feature:
