Mobius: Final Fantasy Pre Registration

Mobius: Final Fantasy is an upcoming mobile game by Sqare Enix due to be released on 3rd August. It seems to mix the worlds of various Final Fantasy games, kind of like Dissidia but this time as an RPG. There are rewards for the amount of people that pre-register to play this game, shortly under 24 hours and it’s only around 6,500 people away from it’s 50,000 max goal to add Yuna to the game.

Mobius is spearheaded by Yoshinori Kitase, who worked on FFVII, VIII and X, the development is handled by the same creative team as the other Final Fantasy games and he story is written by Kazushige Nojima who also worked on Final Fantasy VII, VIII and X as well as Kingdom Hearts.

The game promises to have turn based combat which will reintroduce the job roles from older games. So far, it seems to be shaping up to be something new and inventive, but also adding in a little bit of nostalgia.
