Lost Sphear Releases Trailer & Details

 

Today the talented group at Tokyo RPG Factory and Square Enix have released Lost Sphear, the spiritual sequel to I Am Setsuna.

The game stars Kanata as he sets off on a quest to save the world by restoring his memory. Lost Sphear looks to tap into the classic JRPG’s of the SNES era and captivate players in an expansive and thankfully more varied JRPG than it’s predecessor.

Lost Sphear is host to features such as.

  • Enhanced Battle System with ATB 2.0 – new combat mechanics and options allow players to move around the battlefield for a tactical advantage against dangerous new foes and unleash dynamic new abilities.
  • Expanded Gameplay Options with new Machine Equipment – unleash the power of Vulcosuits in battle and on the field, using their unique abilities to enhance your characters’ potential and shape the world around you.
  • Beautiful and Emotional Soundtrack – previously composing the stunning soundtrack to Tokyo RPG Factory’s I AM SETSUNA™, Tomoki Miyoshi returns to score an atmospheric and moving soundtrack to Kanata’s epic adventure.

Lost Sphear has released on the Nintendo Switch, Playstation 4 & STEAMthe day one patch for the game is currently available which adds extra equipment, tweaks and a new dungeon.
