Summer of Indie Gaming 2017
|Well it is that time of year again readers. Temperatures are rising, the ice cream vans are out and it is the perfect conditions to crack a window open, put your feet up and play your favourite games.
It is the time of year when the ‘Triple-A’ titles slow down to a halt so it is a good time for smaller, independent studios to release their hard work to the world. It is a great time to be a gamer because no doubt you will be working through your games that were forgotten in the last 12 months but you can also keep in fresh by trying out one of the many, excellent games hitting your consoles over summer.
Just like last year, Otakugamers UK will be running the Summer of Indie Gaming again, looking at some of the new indie games being released over July & August.
Last year a few older titles were thrown into the mix but that will not be happening this time around. Instead we will be running a few feature articles that will look at our personal gaming habits and some Top 5 lists.
At the time of writing we have a few new titles in mind to include in the Summer of Indie Gaming but not everything has been confirmed yet.

With the help of Stan (Monkey Island) let’s make this the best summer of gamine yet! So until next time, enjoy the sun and make sure to drink plenty of fluids (what ever your choice is)
